These cars are unlocked via progression in the Horizon Story. We have detailed these cars below according to their requirements. If you do not want to pay very high prices for these cars in the Auction House then get busy as you can easily unlock all of these cars by playing the game and completing some tasks and challenges. The only way you can acquire these cars is either unlocking them yourself or buying them from the Auction House for really high prices. 
These cars do not appear in Barn Finds as well. These cars cannot be bought normally from the Autoshow like most of the cars in the game.
